Other

What if my raffle sells out?

Good problem to have. Just create a new raffle from the Dashboard. Use a different ticket prefix (e.g., add “R2” to the name) so players can tell the raffles apart. You can run multiple raffles at the same time.

What if the drawn ticket is unverified?

If the winner’s Venmo payment can’t be confirmed:

  1. Click Redraw on the drawing page
  2. Enter a reason (e.g., “Payment not confirmed”)
  3. The system draws another ticket
  4. You get up to 3 redraws total
  5. If all 3 redraws are exhausted, the system flags the raffle for owner review

The original unverified ticket is marked as Invalid and that player is notified.
